Steny Hoyer, the second-ranking Democrat in the House believes a second "Stimulus" package may be necessary. He cautioned that it is "too early” to assess whether the $787 billion stimulus Congress enacted in February is working.
No, Steny. We've had plenty of time to see that it's a catastrophic failure. Remember, President Obama promised job losses would stop immediately and unemployment would reach no higher than 8% if Congress passed the record-breaking Stimulus package in hours and without reading it.
