IMO, there is emerging a profound but curious connection between Journalists like Megyn and Vester, as well as others with Press credentials. They have become so comfortable attacking and destroying people and ideas in the name of Journalism that going to guns doesn't seem hard for them to do.
Megyn had "blood coming out of her eyes", Vester took that next step, and I don't see Fox News doing anything about it. How many more are out there behind the mic with murder in their hearts and fanciful stories on their lips? Is journalistic integrity unobtainable?
I've avoided watching the gruesome as it unfolds under the banner of the "religion of peace" but I did look the video of the news shooting because it can be instructive how victims are approached, how the perp screws up his courage and so forth. They provide indicators and if you see people engaging in these predictable behaviors you take steps to leave or get them out of their loop.
That said, nobody turned to look at Vester, they were totally absorbed in their work. A Cop once called this "chicken walking" and it's a good idea to avoid it. As terrible as violence is, you can't condemn the dead, but you can learn from it. Living life in a casual state of awareness isn't difficult. Keeping people out of your space is part of life. In the end, we are still animals and owe it to ourselves to always remain engaged in this contest for life.
It is why there must be a reckoning over the baby murderers and those who would extract organs from the living unborn. We've discovered that you can send a severed baby head in the mail but God forbid if it is a little pistol. Do we have a duty to protect the defenseless more vigorously than we would protect our own lives?
