For all the supposed smarts of guys like Prof. Turley, they still haven't figured it out.
There is no law, the rule of law is gone.
Yet people still believe the constitution is some magic piece of parchment which is going to miraculously save the day, deliver liberty and moral character to this nation.
The USC was a con, it is a cunning document designed to look like liberty but was nothing but a open season hunting permit for tyrants to implement administrative law.
Ask yourself one question and see where the answer leads you:
When in its 235 year history has the Constitution and its supposed sanction of rule of law, ever created liberty?
Name one instance.
Go ahead, explain to me what liberty has been created in our nations history once that document was signed?
It is the parchment idolators who make tyranny possible, through a vain and self delusional hope the constitution I going to rise up and be done with the ruling class, the regimes that constitute the current power elite in DC, breed prosperity and happiness, and restore the will of the people.
Don't hold your breath. It hasn't worked by now, how will change things?
Abolition baby, abolition.
The declaration of independence had it right, the compact of confederation had it right, it was abolition of the state pure and simple. It worked, it changed the world, it was liberty!
And they all got gulled, they signed away their freedom on promises that never happened.
It is time to reset, revolt, secede from the leviathan. It is the only option which works if you want liberty and freedom.
The Constitution is the People's Covenant with Government, it was made for a moral and religious people - and only virtuous people are capable of freedom.
Liberty is a Person, perhaps more correctly, where the Spirit of the Lord is there is Liberty, our appeal is to God as we set about righting wrongs.

Funny how much faith is connected to the moral character of we little people. Funny too how in the entire constitution God is not mentioned.
The compact of the confederation of the states and their constitutions place God above everything, except Rhode island.
If a person holding high office does not believe in a higher power, God and the sovereign rights of people, how can that office holder be trusted to hold those ideals sacred and above any interest?
