1. Germany and France have the largest Muslim populations among European Union member countries...
3. Muslims are younger than other Europeans. In 2010, the median age of Muslims throughout Europe was 32, eight years younger than the median for all Europeans (40)...
4. Views of Muslims vary widely among European countries... majorities in France, Britain and Germany had favorable views of Muslims. Opinion was on balance favorable in Spain while negative views prevailed in Italy and Poland.
5. As of 2010, the European Union was home to about 13 million Muslim immigrants...
Also troubling is the fact that a huge percentage of Muslims put their religious/political ideology above all other laws. In 2006, British Muslims were surveyed and 45 percent claimed that 9/11 was an American-Israeli conspiracy while more than 20 percent believed that the 2005 London terror attacks were "justified".
More recently (as of December 7th), huge percentages of Muslims believe that Sharia law should trump (no pun intended) the laws of their own countries of residence.
In the U.S., a 2011 survey found that nearly 1 in 10 Muslims believed suicide bombings are sometimes or often justified".
As you might have expected, 70 percent of Muslims identify with or support the Democrat Party as opposed to only 11 percent who side with the GOP.
Almost the same ratio -- 68 percent -- want a bigger government with more social services as opposed to 21 percent who favor smaller government.
Suffice it to say that these voting preferences and this country's fast-growing Muslim population is, in part, what prevents Prezident Obama and Hillary Crookton from uttering the words "Islamic terrorism".
