Deborah.... Detroit proves the saying, "Stuck on stupid". Sadly, it may be Philadelphia that goes next.
The maker of this is dumb. Detroid, that we have today, has been vandalised not by the government but by the big private capitalist companies, who made small business bankrupt which resulted in whole communities to die
