Assumes much. Assumes public order, won't completely dissolve [and riots merely a blip (just a little unrest perhaps)]. Much of the world (far too much), now a lawless anarchy (though the goatfroogers think they're creating islamoparadise). The Baby Raping Moong*d Deathcult, isn't going away (anytime soon). To the contrary.

Virulent terrorists, aren't just streaming into the U.S. (via the southern border). They're being given plane tickets (D I R E C T from some Iraq/Syria/Afghan sh*thole). Then busses. To the heartland. BY THE THOUSANDS.

Duffy also assumes, the govt. won't confiscate resources. Won't take cash. Food caches. Assets deemed necessary (for the survival of the junta).

Here in So. Cali? If you live in a fire zone, your swimming pool water IS NOT YOURS! Is not yours to use (with a gasoline powered pump). To save your own home. From fire. ALL pools, are marked/tagged/GPS, and NOT YOUR WATER RESOURCE, to use, to put out a fire, at your own freekin house.

They are a saved resource, to be made available to fire crews. To use. At THEIR discretion. To save whatever structures THEY CHOOSE [in times of fire (with everyone tapping the pipe/hydrant at the same time, pressure drops to nil in active fire zones)].

Duffy assumes all is surmountable (he's now a glass half full kinda dude). I assume the absolute worst. And how anyone can be optimistic? In this case, and for a pert good fair chunk of the Big Time Bloviators. Tis merely blindness.

This ship IS going down. In case anyone hasn't noticed. We're taking on water, at an alarming rate.

Signed, fook the playing of fiddles on deck [like pretty much all the Ray. D. Oh talking heads/yammmerers (who already have their well stocked, well fortified bunkers)]. Grap a floaty foam jacket/vest, and start rowing (row fast).

I'd also take a shot, at the Durden/ZH, WW III piece. But that would be gratuitous [he assumes someone's in charge, and they know what they're doing [rather than biz as usual/pork politics (among the catastrophic destruction/devastation wrought by the junta)].

There are no winners here. Nor are there going to be. Things aren't spiraling out of control.
