What with Syria and Russia having killed off half a million folks, Libya turned into a safe haven for ISIS, Iraq in a civil war, Turkey experiencing an Islamist uprising, Russia getting ready to invade more of Ukraine, China militarizing the southern Pacific, and Iran getting access to advanced missiles and nuclear weapons, I think it's safe to say Mr. Obama will win another Nobel Peace Prize.
